1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or use our services, we may collect:

• the company or full name, country and work e-mail you provide;
• product name, brand and model, product category, physical form, safety data sheet (SDS) or known composition, what you want to learn, and photographs of the product and label;
• your e-mails and other communications with us, together with information needed for quotations, payment, shipment and customs clearance, such as contact and postal details, payment records, shipping documents and tracking information; and
• if you reach our website from one of our online ads, the ad-click identifier carried in the page address (such as gclid), which we use only to see which ads bring inquiries.

2. How we use the information

We use the information to review your sample declaration; decide whether we can accept the sample; prepare a quotation and agreement; issue an acceptance number and shipping instructions; arrange receipt and customs clearance; perform the analysis; deliver the report; receive and confirm payment; provide after-sales support; communicate with you; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your personal information for commercial purposes unrelated to our analytical services.

3. Service providers and required disclosures

Where needed to complete the service, we may provide relevant information to service providers supporting e-mail communications, payment processing, courier and customs-clearance work, and information-technology tools. We may also disclose information where required by law or a competent government authority, or where necessary to protect our lawful rights and interests.

4. Processing location and security

Your information is processed in China. Declarations sent through the form on our website are first received by our website host, Cloudflare, and are deleted there once they have been transferred to us. We use industry-standard safeguards for personal information and analytical data, including encrypted transmission and storage, access controls and regular security audits.

5. Retention

We retain personal information and analytical data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and for any period required by law. When retention is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the information, as applicable.

6. Your rights

7. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. For a material change, we will give notice on our website or by e-mail. The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top of this policy.

8. Google Ads conversion measurement

We use Google Ads conversion measurement on our English pages. When it is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies. We send one conversion event only after a sample declaration has been successfully saved. We do not send your name, e-mail address, SDS, photographs, sample description or other declaration content to Google, and we do not use enhanced conversions.

For visitors in the United Kingdom, European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland, the Google tag remains disabled unless you select Accept. Your choice is stored in this browser and can be changed at any time.
